About the Role
CNC Operator Premier Mantels @ Renovation Brands We are seeking a CNC Operator / Programmer with a background in
woodworking operations to join our team in a small, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be
responsible for programming and operating CNC equipment for wood processing. Location: On-site in Florence, AL. Shift:
Full-time. 1st Shift. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 10 hour workdays. Support daily production scheduling, including
resource planning and coordination with shop personnel. Create, edit, and interpret CNC programs (including B-Solid
programming) for routers, saws, and other woodworking machinery. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds
