About the Role

The CNC Machinist Lead is an experienced and highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing CNC machining

operations and ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient production of high-quality parts. The CNC Lead will guide a

team of machinists, manage workflow, and ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards. Preparing,

programming, and operating CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. Reading and interpreting

blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Translating instructions into computer commands

for proper machine functionality. Loading raw materials and parts, performing test runs, and adjusting settings for
