About the Role

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer in the Cincinnati area. This

role is focused on large-part machining in a high-mix, low-volume environment supporting mission-critical aerospace and

defense programs. The ideal candidate has experience with Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM), Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL),

or similar large CNC equipment and can independently perform setups, read blueprints, interpret GD&T, make machine

offsets, and produce quality parts with minimal supervision. This is not a production button-pushing role. We are

looking for true machinists who understand machining fundamentals, can troubleshoot issues at the machine, and take
