About the Role

Lead CNC Machinist We are looking for a Lead CNC Machinist who can provide technical leadership on the shop floor while

helping drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. What You'll Do Lead and support CNC Machinists and

Machine Operators throughout daily production Coordinate machine setups, changeovers, and production priorities

Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues Review work instructions, setup documentation, tooling requirements,

and programs before production Monitor production performance, quality standards, and schedule adherence Train and

mentor machinists while helping develop technical skills across the team Participate in root cause investigations
