Cnc Machinist

About the Role

SUMMARY Responsible for safely setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and

instruments. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines,

applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures. Accountable for

the Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, Throughput and On-Time-Delivery of production work assigned, in coordination within

and between departments or shifts. Develops and maintains proper organization and levels of tooling inventories.
