About the Role
Description The CNC Lathe Machinist will set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning equipment to produce
precision‑machined parts according to engineering specifications and production schedules. The ideal candidate has
strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working in a manufacturing environment focused on
quality and efficiency. Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for production runs and prototype work. Read and interpret
blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Select, install, and adjust tooling, inserts, fixtures, and
machine offsets. Perform machine programming edits at the control as needed. Monitor machine performance and inspect
