About the Role

Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision

components Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

specifications Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job Perform in-process quality

inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) Monitor machine performance and make

adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements Perform routine machine maintenance,

including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs Identify and troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling,
