Job Description 2nd shift role with 10% differential. Full or Part Time hours available! Job Summary: The CNC Lead is a

hands-on team leader responsible for coordinating daily work activities while performing production tasks alongside the

team. This mid-level leadership role supports supervisors by guiding employees, monitoring workflow, and ensuring

safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The CNC Lead also assists with training, problem-solving, and

communication between workers and management. Reporting To: Operations Manager Essential Job Functions \n Supervise 2nd

shift personnel and maintaining high quality and level of production. \n Operates and sets up CNC Lathe machines. \n
