About the Role

Ampco Pumps Company is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps used in the food and

dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications. Due to expansion, we have an opening

at our Glendale location for a CNC Machinist. This is a 2nd Shift position- Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 1pm-11pm and

Friday 12p-10pm. Interpreting engineering drawings and CNC programs. Setting up Mazak vertical machining centers and

tooling accurately and efficiently Adjusting and Programming in Mazatrol Inspecting machined parts and ensure they are

within the appropriate tolerance. Communicating relevant quantity and quality issues to management. Assisting with other
