About the Role

LCS Senior Living - 2205 Green Hills Drive - Responsibilities: Accurately document nursing care after assisting a

resident, in accordance with community and regulatory standards; Timely report any changes in resident condition to the

RN/LPN on duty; Perform and chart Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with each residents nursing care plan;

Treat each resident as an individual and address them respectfully; Monitor the wheelchair calendar and update the

charge nurse if there are scheduling conflicts
