About the Role
Clinical Courier
The Clinical Courier is responsible for assisting with daily discharges of patients by bringing them home or to their
next level of care and to assist Care Management staff with daily tasks necessary to carry out discharge planning
activities.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
