About the Role
Coordinates and processes the dispatching of EVS services by receiving calls, pages, emails, and online requests.
Manages EVS EPIC discharge flow and delegates tasks necessary to meet inpatient nursing, Emergency Department, Operating
Room and Patient Access needs. Records, monitors, updates and coordinates the incoming requests for the EVS team
including stat/urgent requests, non-priority service requests and projects. Understands the facility layout and work
flows to maximize productivity and work throughput. Completes required forms and documentation, and maintains files,
binders, call logs and other documents as required. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: ~ High
