ON-HIGHWAY TRUCK DRIVER
The On-Highway Truck Driver is a vital member of the Paving Division team, responsible for the safe and efficient
transportation of construction materialsspecifically hot-mix asphalt (HMA), road base, and millingsto and from active
paving sites. The On-Highway Truck Driver operates heavy-duty commercial vehicles (such as tractor-trailers, live-floor
trailers, or end dumps) in a fast-paced environment. This position works primarily on public roadways and active
construction zones, requiring a high level of situational awareness and strict adherence to Department of Transportation
