Drivers for our modern fleet who live in the Minneapolis, MN area and surrounding communities. Minneapolis is one of our

key Midwest markets with strong freight volume, where many routes start or end in the region. This setup gives local

drivers solid home time while running consistent high-quality nationwide OTR freight. 30% of line haul OR 65 per mile +

bonuses (the choice most solo drivers prefer) ~ 1,900 $2,400 (with peaks reaching $2,700+ on legal hours) ~ Full-time

floor in 2025 was $104,130 no steady driver earned less ~ Pay Details & Realistic Expectations: Pay is 100%
