About the Role

Pay: $39.00 – $48.00 per hour Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday Preferred onsite hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On-call rotation: One week (7 days) per month Position Overview: The Senior Maintenance Technician reports to the

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and serves as the senior technical resource and on-the-floor lead for daily

maintenance activities within a large corporate campus environment. This role is primarily hands-on and does not include

formal supervisory or HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, daily coordination,

and operational continuity while ensuring facility systems remain safe, reliable, and efficient. Primary
