About the Role

Full-time, Part-time Antler's Restaurant at Breezy Point is a Brainerd Lakes Area favorite for fine dining in a casual

atmosphere. Antler's has a country club atmosphere and we are looking for a chef to join us and contribute to the art of

fine-dining restaurant cooking. This is a great spot for you to learn and grow from chefs around the country in the

beautiful town of Breezy Point. Prepare meals and foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer

requirements. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Monitors, arranges the appropriate

storage of food and supplies, keeps kitchen area clean and organized. Ensure adequate food quantities for meal
