Westhampton Beach, New York and The Hills in East Quogue, New York. Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are seeking a

seasonal Chef de Partie to join the Culinary Department. The Chef de Partie assigns in detail, specific duties to all

employees under his supervision and instructs them in their work. The Chef de Partie works very closely with the Floor

Steward, whose duty is to keep kitchen areas clean and orderly. The Chef de Partie insists upon meticulous cleanliness
