About the Role

CDL Driver 2 A CDL Driver 2 is responsible to drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least

26,001 Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) and support agricultural activities. This includes delivering liquids and dry mixes,

delivering seed, hauling NH3 and grain. They will load agricultural products in the truck, in customer vehicles and in

shuttles. In addition, they will perform required maintenance on the trucks and on equipment in the agronomy plant. A

CDL Driver 2 also trains and mentors CDL Driver 1 team members. They also assist in the agronomy plant as needed. They

will perform their responsibilities in a safe manner that will optimize the company's market share and savings, improve
