About the Role

Carpenter Maintenance Necessary carpentry duties include, but are not limited to, building woodwork and equipment such

as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, floors, stairs, casings, and trim made of wood. Plan and layout of

projects Work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions Install and repair a variety of shelving,

cabinetry, walls, floors, restroom stalls, vanities, tile, vinyl, equipment supports, and related facility hardware Use

of carpentry, masonry, and roofing methods, techniques, and tools Selection of necessary materials and methods for the

job Training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience, 5-7
