About the Role

Journeyman Carpenter (JCP) The Journeyman Carpenter (JCP) is responsible for the daily jobsite execution and management

of self-perform work on construction projects. This role ensures that all self-perform work is performed in accordance

with design specifications, project schedules, and safety regulations. The Journeyman Carpenter may also serve as a

field manager, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and other field personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and

high-quality project execution. Skill Sets Hands on experience and knowledge in commercial rough and finish carpentry;

desire residential experience as well. Demonstrate safe work habits and knowledge of safety rules and instructions while
