About the Role

To grow community through building guest loyalty and providing personal guest interactions that build genuine

relationships with guests and result in a brand-aligned experience. Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating,

pricing, packaging and labeling). Maintain product level, quality and freshness. When requested perform bakery clerk

functions. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area. Properly cleans work area,

couplers and decorating bags. Maintain the organization of the freezer, including proper rotation of product according

to variety. Use cake manual as reference material. Write on cakes. Use cake production sheet. Achieve budgeted sales,
