About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Butcher to join our USDA‐inspected beef processing facility in Grand Bay, AL. This role is a great
fit for someone with hands‐on butchery or meat‐processing experience who is looking to grow their skills in a stable,
team‐focused production environment. While rail‐breaking experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with a solid
foundation in meat cutting who are ready to take the next step. Benefits Pay: $16‐$18 /hour (based on experience & skill
