About the Job We are hiring a Lead Butcher to join our USDA-inspected beef processing facility in Grand Bay, AL. This
role is a great fit for someone with hands-on butchery or meat processing experience who is looking to grow their skills
in a stable, team-focused production environment. While rail-breaking experience is preferred, we are open to candidates
with a solid foundation in meat cutting who are ready to take the next step. Consistent Monday-Friday day shift (no
rotating schedules). Opportunity for skill development and advancement within the plant. Health, dental, and vision
