About the Role

Bus Driver Qualifications: Has a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate Has the ability to read and follow written

directions Has one year of experience in the operation of a motor vehicle Has physical and mental ability to operate a

bus safely and satisfactorily Must be 21 years of age Must hold a Commercial Driver's License-Class B- Endorsement P &

S, that is valid for interstate driving, and a Kentucky School Bus Driver Certificate Must pass a driving record check

Must have sufficient driving skills and ability to drive a school bus Must be of good moral character Has demonstrated

the ability to communicate with staff, parents, and students Must have valid certification in CPR/First Aid training
