About the Role
About the Role A Porter is responsible for all cleaning, recycling, and refuse collection throughout the entire building
and grounds. The position duties include, but are not limited to, collection and removal of building trash and
recycling, operation of the building compactor, general cleaning in all building common areas and outdoor spaces, snow
removal, vacant apartment preparation, and any other duties assigned by the Superintendent or Property Manager.
