About the Role

At Pat Armstrong Ford, we take pride in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Our Service

Porter/Customer Service team plays a crucial role in connecting with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a

seamless service visit for our guests. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking them to the

correct person for their appointment. • Shuttle our guests to local area while their vehicle is in Service. • Ensure the

cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle and rental vehicles, including fueling and reporting any mechanical issues or

damages. • Moving and parking cars on the lot. • Be able to manage various tasks daily to ensure great customer service
