About the Role

Overview: Porter, under the direct supervision of the superintendent or Handyman, as required, is responsible for

maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents and employees of the complex. The Porter will be required to

perform basic maintenance tasks.Responsibilities:Promptly report any property deficiencies or hazardous conditions

observed during regular duties that may pose a risk to tenants or staff.Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas adjacent

to assigned buildings, including removal of litter and debris.Sweep and spot mop stairwells to ensure safe and clean

passageways.Wash stairwell floors and walls as part of routine deep cleaning.Sweep and mop lobby floors to maintain a
