Building Operations Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Facilities Maintenance And Operations Through ownership and stewardship we create, maintain and provide quality physical

environments that support living, learning and working, in a cost-effective manner, helping to ensure the present and

future wellbeing of our clients and workforce. Performs a variety of general building services including but not limited

to the repair, operation, general upkeep, maintenance, safety and security duties according to facilities and program

procedures and protocols. Responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds of the

institution, insuring that the facility is/are clean, properly functional, in good repair, safe and secure. Responsible
