Building Materials Handler

About the Role

Georgia‐Pacific's Pennington, AL mill is seeking a safety‐oriented Material Handler to support our Board Shipping,

Finished Goods Shipping, or Material Handling departments. The role requires operating a lift truck, loading and

unloading product, and safely delivering vitals to various areas within the mill. This position works 12‐hour rotating

shifts (6 am–6 pm and 6 pm–6 am), including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. The pay rate during training is

$23.07 per hour and the role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement. What You Will Do Operate a lift truck
