Ultimate Innovations is looking for a talented Building Maintenance Handyperson who enjoys providing service and has

attention to detail. Job Duties Performing routine maintenance to ensure structures remain intact and interior fixtures

and systems work Handling minor electrical and plumbing tasks, such as replacing filters, lighting, and troubleshooting

clogs and leaks Completing outdoor improvements such as painting, powerwashing, staining, and sealing Performing routine

building, electrical and plumbing inspections Keeping tools, equipment, and supplies organized and accurately

inventoried Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $35 - $38 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
