About the Role
A company is looking for a Builder Options Coordinator to manage and coordinate the selection and pricing of options for
new construction projects. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the options selection process by working closely with
homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors Obtain accurate pricing for options and create quotes for buyers Assist in
managing the contract process to ensure accurate documentation and pricing Required Qualifications High School diploma
or equivalent Experience in the construction industry Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
Highly organized with strong customer service skills Comfortable using technology and CRM software
