About the Role
Job Title This position is open to current Colorado residents only. Description Of Job You are required to work at your
assigned work location during your scheduled work times. Work arrangements are subject to change at any time. This
position exists to provide 24/7 operations and maintenance functions for the facilities' physical plant equipment
located within the heat plant structure, by performing essential operational functions, maintenance, cleanliness,
preservation, scheduled and emergency repairs (electrical and mechanical) to insure effective, operational practices to
ensure equipment longevity. Primary job duties include: Operation and maintenance of high pressure steam boilers coal,
