About the Role

Powerhouse Boiler Operator BRIDGESTONE AMERICAS TIRE OPERATIONS, LLC (FIRESTONE) DES MOINES PLANT, one of the largest

manufacturing corporations in Iowa, is currently seeking a certified and experienced factory maintenance Skilled Trade

worker for an opening as a Powerhouse Boiler Operator. Qualified candidates will be required to pass a technical

interview with our Skilled Trades Committee. Starting wage of $40.92 / hour. Teammates are required to work on a

continuous operations schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. The work week runs Sunday through Saturday. Applicants must

be able to work either day shift or night shift. Day shift is from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Night shift is from 6 P.M. to 6 A.M.
