Summary Description This position is responsible for expertly providing quality tune‐ups and repairs, building bikes,
and giving world‐class customer service which contributes to the success of the team and the entire company. Essential
Functions Serve as a knowledgeable resource to our customers Demonstrate a professional standard of customer service
Relate to and work with the customer to assess service needs Inspect, repair, and service customers' bicycles Assist in
generating bike and accessory sales while working with the customer Complete accurate paperwork Prioritize work orders
in an efficient manner to expedite service Remain current on industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of
