About the Role

TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site in Tulsa, OK is looking for an experienced Bench Mechanic Team Lead in MRO to help direct

day-to-day work on other Bench Mechanics. Responsibilities Bench Mechanic Team Lead responsibilities may include but not

limited to: This position will support MRO Operations, specifically but not limited to Tubes/SS Fin/Military Perform

on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy

and electronic form Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for

efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances
