Baraboo Behind The Wheel Driver Education Instructor

About the Role

Description Teach Driver's Education behind the wheel (BTW) sessions to high school students in Baraboo, part-time 10-12

hrs. per week during the school year. Potential for more hours during the school year and in the summer months. An asset

to the position is the flexibility the teacher has in scheduling the BTW lessons and working independently. Lessons can

be conducted after school and/or weekends, depending on the instructor's availability. $160.62 per completion of a

student ($26.77 per hour). A planned increase in wages will be put in place for 2026-2027. CESA 2 will contribute to WRS

if the employee meets WRS eligibility criteria. There is also an opportunity for incentive pay for BTW instructors.
