About the Role

JOB SUMMARY The Bar Back properly stocks and maintains the bar facility. Is responsible to provide a level of service

which is gracious, kind, and warm that creates a sense of fondness that is Old-World Hospitality and delivers Excitement

for the casino guests. The Bar Back will assist the Bartender in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness according to

the food service sanitation codes. Focus on departmental goals of - Consistency, Quality and Sense of Urgency. Pay
