About the Role

Bar Porter Job Focus: Focus is on, but not limited to the following: Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks,

glasses, drains, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with SAHARA Las Vegas policies as well as

the Clark County Health Standards Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards

Maintains par levels to assigned bars with product and supplies and keeps the assigned bars stocked with product and

supplies throughout each scheduled shift Collects, unpacks and distributes weekly/daily product order from receiving and

brings to assigned bars Completes required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries Maintains floors
