tasks to ensure that fresh baked goods are prepared and available for use by various venues at the Coeur d'Alene Casino

Resort Hotel.RESPONSIBILITIES:Using appropriate techniques, mix, bake, or prepare ingredients to produce baked goods and

desert items.Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.Organize and rotate stock in

pantry.Present new menu ideas and suggestions.Ensure compliance with all company, county, state, and federal food
