About the Role

Description Job Title: Cake Decorator Department: Bakery/Deli Reports to: Bakery/Deli Manager Exempt Status: Non-exempt

Safety Sensitive: JOB FUNCTION: Assemble and prepare cakes, including decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating

kits, air brush, edible images, and letterings. Ensure all cakes meet standards of quality and excellence. ESSENTIAL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specifications and all

applicable standards and procedures. 2. Properly and safely operator and maintain cake equipment while following all

health and safety standards. 3. Always maintain an adequate inventory of decorated cakes including backstock cakes
