About the Role

time person. Must be strong enough to lift 50-75 lb buckets Starting Pay: $13/hr Shift: 3AM to 12 PM or until finished
Requirements: Mixer (general) -In charge of mixing the dough for Aspen Mills' primary bread products. -Must be able to
read and understand production sheets & recipes, and mix dough at requested batch sizes. -Must be able to measure and
prepare mixtures of micro-ingredients (salt, sugar, yeast, ect.) for use on the next production day. -Must understand
the look and texture of each dough we make, in order to determine when it's done mixing. -Must have good time management
