execution of all cakes, pastries, and desserts meets the highest standards. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Scale,

decorate, and produce all desserts, pastries, and cakes. Apply general knowledge of production methods and organization

of confectionery production. Learn new products and skills, and demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers. Follow
