The Baker is responsible for preparing fresh breads, rolls, desserts, and pastries daily in accordance with DEC and USDA
guidelines. Essential Functions Responsible for preparing and baking new products for menus on a rotating basis such as
breads, rolls, pies, cakes, cookies and pastries Sets time and speed controls for mixing machines, or blending machines,
so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions Maintains adequate supply of all ingredients on
