About the Role
To bake large quantities of desserts, pastries and other baked goods according to quality standards for all food
operations. Prepare and present all baked goods according to recipe and quality standards. Utilize production schedules
to meet demands for variety and quantity of goods to bake. # Clean and maintain work areas, utensils and equipment. #
Complete production sheets and other records as required. # Comply with company and department food safety policies and
procedures. # Do prep work for next shift or next day. Document all product transfers. # Help take out garbage, cans,
