About the Role
Aviation Maintenance Technician Lead Position Reports to: Director of Maintenance Location: Flying Cloud Airport - Eden
Prairie, MN Primary Operational Objectives: As an Aviation Maintenance Technician Lead you will be looked upon to
demonstrate a high level of technical aptitude and aircraft system knowledge on a variety of aircraft models. This
position also serves as a mentor to other Technicians with less experience by providing guidance and sharing their
knowledge through on-the-job-training. Essential Job Functions: Performs high quality inspections, servicing and
maintenance on airframe systems and components including but not limited to 100 hour/annual/phase type inspections.
