About the Role

Bentonville Athletics Facilities/Grounds Crew Responsible for maintaining all athletic facility buildings and grounds,

ensure safety standards, and all codes are met. To maintain and repair school equipment, facilities and build items as

requested. To keep athletic facilities running and organized. Comply with all safety regulations. Prepare materials,

construct, modify, and perform repairs of structures and grounds. Maintain grass areas, turf areas, mulch all beds, trim

and hedge shrubs and trees, plants new shrubs/trees, rakes leaves, and snow removal, cleaning gutters, picking up trash,

clean roofs and assist with filter changes. Repair or replace sheetrock, ceiling grid, ceiling tile, painting, all types
