About the Role

KITCHEN ASSISTANT The East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging Meals on Wheels Program is seeking a Kitchen Assistant

for 30 hours a week. Position would need to be on site by 6:30 am, Monday – Friday. Kitchen Assistant will help kitchen

staff prep food items, pack meals for delivery, assist with cleaning and inventory and be trained as a sub route driver.

Preferred candidates will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has good attention to detail and

organization and is dependable and willing to do all parts of the job. Understands the need for good hygiene and food

safety and is a team player. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Hourly rate, negotiable based on experience. The job is
