About the Role

Position Summary The Assistant Maintenance Technician cleans and maintains assigned properties, insuring safe, clean,

and sanitary housing and office environments for those properties. This position will be responsible for all cleaning

duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets, in addition to basic

maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, changing locks, and other work orders. Essential Functions

General Operations Ensures general cleaning of the building’s interior and exterior including: Wipes down all surfaces.
