About the Role
Assistant Machine Operator - Baler - 2nd or 3rd Shift Manually set up baler in accordance with proper operating
techniques and specs. Inspect baler before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
Ensure all parts for the baler are in place and tightly secured. Monitor quality. Sit-down forklift operation. High
school diploma/GED required. The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining
excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds. Must be willing to work overtime as
required including Saturdays when needed. Forklift experience. The selected candidate will receive a comprehensive
