About the Role
Welder/Shop Fitter We're looking for a welder/shop fitter that will play a critical role in ensuring that all structural
steel components, stairs, and railings are accurately assembled and prepared for welding. This role requires precision
in reading and interpreting shop drawings, laying out parts, and collaborating with welders to ensure assemblies meet
specifications and quality standards. Layout and Assembly Read and interpret shop drawings to determine material
requirements and assembly procedures. Verify alignment, dimensions, and fit before assemblies move to welding.
Fabrication and Preparation Use tools and equipment to measure, cut, bend, and form metal parts. Prepare components for
